Creating Your Account

Sydx AI supports two methods of account creation: Email/Password Registration and Google Sign-In.

Method 1: Email & Password Registration​

Step 1: Navigate to Register Page​

Go to sydxai.com/register.

Step 2: Fill in the Registration Form​

FieldRequirements
Full NameYour name as displayed across the platform
EmailMust be a valid, unique email address
PasswordMin. 8 characters, must include: uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character
Organization NameYour business name (used for the workspace)

Step 3: Submit​

Click "Create Account". Upon success, you'll be automatically logged in and redirected to the workspace setup wizard.

Method 2: Google Sign-In​

  1. Click the "Sign in with Google" button on the Login or Register page
  2. Select your Google account
  3. If this is your first time, an organization will be automatically created for you
  4. You'll be redirected to the workspace setup wizard
Existing Account?

If you've already registered with the same email via password, Google Sign-In will link to your existing account automatically.

Password Requirements​

Sydx AI enforces strong password policies:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z)
  • At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z)
  • At least 1 number (0–9)
  • At least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*)

Account Security​

Upon registration, your account is protected by:

  • Token-based authentication with secure, httpOnly session cookies
  • Brute-force protection — failed login attempts trigger a temporary lockout
  • Encrypted password storage — passwords are never stored in plain text
  • Automatic session expiry — tokens expire after a set period for security

What Happens After Registration?​

  1. A new Organization (tenant) is created for you
  2. You become the Owner of that organization
  3. You're granted a 7-day free trial with access to all features
  4. You're redirected to the Workspace Setup wizard to connect your WhatsApp Business Account
