Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is your command center — the first screen you see after logging in. It provides a bird's-eye view of your entire WhatsApp CRM operations.
Key Metrics Cards
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find real-time metric cards:

|---|---|
| Total Contacts | Total number of contacts in your database |
| Messages Sent | Messages sent this month |
| Active Conversations | Conversations with activity in the last 24 hours |
| Response Rate | Percentage of messages that received replies |
Each card shows:
- The current value
- Change percentage compared to the previous period
- A color-coded indicator (green = growth, red = decline)
Message Volume Chart
A line/area chart showing your message sending and receiving trends over time:
- Sent Messages — outbound messages from your team
- Received Messages — inbound messages from contacts
- Toggle between 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day views
Lead Status Distribution
A visual breakdown of your contacts by lead status:

Recent Activity Feed
A live feed of recent platform activity:

Navigation from Dashboard
From the dashboard, you can quickly navigate to:
- Inbox — Jump into active conversations
- Contacts — View and manage your contacts
- Campaigns — Check running campaigns
- Analytics — Deep dive into detailed analytics

The dashboard auto-refreshes every 30 seconds to show the latest data. You can also manually refresh by clicking the refresh button.
