Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your command center — the first screen you see after logging in. It provides a bird's-eye view of your entire WhatsApp CRM operations.


Key Metrics Cards

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find real-time metric cards:

Total ContactsTotal number of contacts in your database
Messages SentMessages sent this month
Active ConversationsConversations with activity in the last 24 hours
Response RatePercentage of messages that received replies

Each card shows:

  • The current value
  • Change percentage compared to the previous period
  • A color-coded indicator (green = growth, red = decline)

Message Volume Chart

A line/area chart showing your message sending and receiving trends over time:

  • Sent Messages — outbound messages from your team
  • Received Messages — inbound messages from contacts
  • Toggle between 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day views

Lead Status Distribution

A visual breakdown of your contacts by lead status:

Recent Activity Feed

A live feed of recent platform activity:

  • New messages received

From the dashboard, you can quickly navigate to:

  • Inbox — Jump into active conversations
  • Contacts — View and manage your contacts
  • Campaigns — Check running campaigns
  • Analytics — Deep dive into detailed analytics

The dashboard auto-refreshes every 30 seconds to show the latest data. You can also manually refresh by clicking the refresh button.
