Quick Start Guide

Get your Sydx AI WhatsApp CRM workspace up and running in just a few steps.


Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) with Meta
  • A Meta Developer Account with a verified business
  • Your WhatsApp Business API Phone Number ID and WABA ID
  • A valid Meta Access Token (System User Token)

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Navigate to sydxai.com/register
  2. Fill in your details:
    • Full Name — Your display name across the platform
    • Email Address — Used for login and notifications
    • Password — Minimum 8 characters with at least one uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character
    • Organization Name — Your business or brand name
  3. Click Register

You can also sign up using Google Authentication for a faster onboarding experience.


Step 2: Set Up Your Workspace

After registration, you'll be redirected to the Workspace Setup wizard. This is a one-time configuration:

2.1 Connect Your WhatsApp Business Account

You'll need three pieces of information from your Meta Developer Dashboard:

2.2 Configure Webhook

Set up the webhook in your Meta Developer Console to receive incoming messages. Your unique Webhook URL and Verify Token will be displayed on the Sydx AI workspace setup page.

Subscribe to these webhook fields:

  • messages
  • messaging_postbacks
  • message_deliveries
  • message_reads

2.3 Complete Setup

Once your WABA credentials are saved and webhook is verified, click Complete Setup. You're now ready to use Sydx AI!


Step 3: Explore Your Dashboard

After setup, you'll land on your Dashboard Overview showing:

  • Key metrics (total contacts, messages sent, active conversations)
  • Message volume trends
  • Lead status distribution
  • Recent activity feed

Step 4: Send Your First Message

  1. Go to Inbox from the sidebar
  2. Click on an existing contact or wait for an incoming message
  3. Type your message in the composer
  4. Hit Send
Pro Tip

Use Quick Replies (Settings → Quick Replies) to save frequently used responses and send them with a single click.
