Managing Your Subscription
Manage your Sydx AI subscription from the Billing page in your dashboard.
Accessing Billing
Navigate to Dashboard → Billing from the sidebar. This page shows:
- Your current plan and status
- Usage meters for all limits
- Payment history
- Upgrade options
Owner Only
The billing page is accessible only to the Owner of the organization. Admins and Staff cannot view or modify billing settings.
Subscribing to a Plan
First-Time Subscription
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Browse available plans
- Click "Subscribe" on your chosen plan
- Complete payment securely (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallets)
- Your subscription activates immediately
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click "Upgrade" on a higher plan
- Pay the difference for the current billing period
- New limits take effect immediately
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely:
- PCI-DSS compliant — Industry-standard payment security
- Multiple methods — UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets
- Automatic renewal — Monthly subscriptions auto-renew
- Receipts — Payment receipts are emailed automatically
Subscription Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Subscription is current and all features are available |
| Past Due | Payment failed, limited access until payment is updated |
| Canceled | Subscription has been canceled |
| Suspended | Account suspended — contact support |
Payment Security
All payment events are secured with:
- Cryptographic signature verification — Every payment callback is verified
- Idempotency — Duplicate events are safely ignored
- Automatic plan activation — Plans activate immediately upon successful payment
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Contact support at support@sydxai.com
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After cancellation, your account reverts to Free tier limits
- Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted
FAQs
Q: Can I get a refund? A: Please see our Refund Policy for details.
Q: What happens if my payment fails? A: Your account moves to "Past Due" status. You'll have a grace period to update your payment method before access is restricted.
Q: Can I switch plans mid-cycle? A: Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately. The billing amount is adjusted for the remainder of the cycle.
