WhatsApp Manager
The WhatsApp Manager gives you full visibility and control over your Meta WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) directly from within Sydx AI.
Sections
The WhatsApp Manager is divided into four tabs:
Overview
High-level status of your WABA connection:
- Connection Status — Whether your WABA is connected and active
- Phone Number — Your registered WhatsApp business number
- WABA ID — Your WhatsApp Business Account identifier
- Quality Rating — Meta's quality assessment of your number
- Account Status — Active, Restricted, or Flagged
Phone Numbers
Manage your registered phone numbers:

| Quality Rating | Green (High), Yellow (Medium), Red (Low) |
| Status | Connected, Pending, Offline |
| Messaging Tier | Current messaging limit tier |
Quality Rating
Meta monitors your number's quality based on user feedback. If too many users block or report your number:
- Yellow — Warning, improve your messaging quality
- Red — Risk of number being restricted
- Flagged — Number may be temporarily restricted
Messaging Limits
View your current Meta-imposed messaging limits:

| Tier 1 | 1,000 unique contacts per 24 hours |
| Tier 2 | 10,000 unique contacts per 24 hours |
| Tier 3 | 100,000 unique contacts per 24 hours |
| Unlimited | No limit on unique contacts |
How to increase your tier:
- Maintain a high quality rating
- Gradually increase your messaging volume
- Avoid spam complaints and blocks
- Meta automatically upgrades your tier based on performance
Insights
Detailed analytics directly from Meta:
- Messages sent/delivered/read over time
- Conversation analytics — User-initiated vs. Business-initiated
- Cost breakdown — If applicable, conversation charges by category
- Template performance — Per-template delivery and read rates
Key Actions
From the WhatsApp Manager, you can:
- Verify your WABA connection status
- Refresh data from Meta's platform
- Monitor quality and messaging limits
- Update WABA credentials (redirects to Settings)
Access Restriction
WhatsApp Manager is restricted to Owners and Admins only. Staff members cannot access this section.
