Pipeline

The Pipeline is a visual Kanban board that lets you track your leads through different stages of your sales process using drag-and-drop.

Pipeline Stages

The pipeline is divided into columns representing lead statuses:

StageDescriptionColor
New LeadsNew leads, not yet engagedBlue
EngagedLeads showing interestPurple
QualifiedReady to convert, in active discussionOrange
Closed WonSuccessfully convertedPrimary (Green)

How It Works

Viewing the Pipeline

  • Navigate to Dashboard → Pipeline from the sidebar
  • Each column shows contact cards for that status
  • Cards display: name, phone number, tags, and last active date

Moving Leads Between Stages

  1. Drag a contact card from one column
  2. Drop it into another column
  3. The pipeline stage updates automatically
  4. The change is logged in the audit trail

Contact Cards

Each card in the pipeline shows:

  • Contact name
  • Phone number
  • Tags (color-coded)
  • Last activity timestamp
  • Quick action menu (click for more options)

Pipeline Actions

From the Pipeline Card

Click the menu icon on any contact card to:

  • Open the full contact profile
  • Jump to conversation in Inbox
  • Change lead status manually
  • Add/edit tags
  • Assign to a team member

From the Pipeline Header

  • Filter contacts by tags or owner
  • Search for specific contacts across all stages
  • Refresh the pipeline data

Pipeline Analytics

At the top of the pipeline, you can see:

  • Total leads per stage — Count in each column
  • Conversion rate — How many leads move from New Leads to Closed Won
  • Movement trends — Which direction leads are moving

Best Practices

Pipeline Tips
  1. Review your pipeline daily — Move leads to the correct stage based on recent interactions
  2. Use tags — Categorize leads by source (e.g., "Facebook Ad", "Website", "Referral")
  3. Don't let leads go cold — If an Engaged lead hasn't responded in 48 hours, send a follow-up template
  4. Assign owners — Ensure every lead has a team member responsible for follow-up
